Enrage - The talent will now grant 5/10/15/20/25% extra damage when enraged, instead of 8/16/24/33/40%.

where can i report CM’s?for inappropriate behavior/comments?
unless blizzard does hire them to simply demean and harass their paying customers in which case the question is,
why not outsource these jobs to all ready successful forums trolls, that are actually funny and would work for much less.
